Brief the agent, set a deadline, and let it work. If the plan doesn't converge in time, you pay nothing.

- What does 'locked' mean?
- The agent has gathered enough yes/no responses to converge on a final time and place, and has posted that confirmed plan to you. Until that moment, nothing is locked — and you're not charged.
- What if invitees don't respond?
- When you brief the agent you set a deadline. If not enough responses arrive by that deadline, the agent reports back with 'couldn't lock' and tells you what it got. You're not charged.
- Can I cancel a plan mid-arrangement?
- Yes. Cancel at any time and the agent notifies your invitees politely. No charge if the plan hadn't locked yet.
- Do invitees need an account?
- No. Invitees reply on whichever channel the agent reached them on — WhatsApp, Telegram, or whatever you have for them. Nothing to install, no sign-up required.
- Can I run recurring events?
- Yes, on Group Host. Set up a recurring schedule — weekly poker, monthly book club, quarterly team dinner — and the agent handles each round automatically.
- What's the difference between Personal and Pay-as-you-go?
- Personal is a flat monthly subscription that covers up to 5 plans regardless of whether they lock. Pay-as-you-go has no monthly fee and you're only charged $3 for each plan that successfully locks. If you run fewer than 3 locking plans a month on average, PAYG is cheaper.
